On Feb 4, we held a Notion as a Second Brain virtual meetup with Tiago Forte, Lauren Valdez, and Visa where we shared with over 200 live participants how we organize our lives with notion. It was extremely interesting to explore how everybody thought differently about their productivity workflow. I went on Notion's weekly office hours hosted by Marie Poulin on Feb 7, to share the thought process and formula breakdown that went into building #theGamificationProject and Be Intentional templates, and how you can do it too. In this article, I share why giving advice is often regarded as a fool's errand, and how embarking on a content creation journey is an adventure that is both exhilarating yet completely terrifying at the same time.

Advice is best given in fundamentals and taken carefully with context in mind.

Chasing goals is dangerous, and you should instead focus on making your goals improve yourself - fitting your own abilities and desires (eg. concentrate on the areas of your life that you wish to improve, and have your goals service those areas)

If you don't choose, someone else will choose for you. And that is giving up one of the most meaningful aspects of life, choice.
